How It Works

• The first step in my process is getting to know you, and allowing you to get to know me. I will set up a time that works best for you, and give you a phone call. During that call, I will find out more about your business, what you need from us, and let you know anything you want to know about us.

• If you do not already have a QuickBooks online subscription, we will help you sign up for one, at the best price possible.

• The next step is to sign an engagement letter with K & B.      K & B uses DocuSign to get electronic signatures from both the client and the bookkeeper doing the work. The engagement letter will spell out the exact services K & B will provide, the cost associated, as well as information needed from the client. The engagement letter is not binding, but does help bot K&B and the client know what is expected.

• In your QuickBooks file, please follow these steps to invite K&B to be your bookkeeper: 
• Click the Gear Icon at the top right of your QuickBooks page
• On the left of the box, click "Manage Users"
• Click the "Accounting firms" tab at the top
• Click "Invite Accountant" from here
• You will put in the email address bookkeeperkariqbo@gmail.com

• Now that your business is engaged with K & B, you can relax. Focus on growing your business and let us handle the bookkeeping from here on out.

• You will be able to access financial reports in Quickbooks including:

Profit & Loss

Balance Sheet

Cash Flow Report

• When it comes time for you to file your taxes, K & B will provide your accountant with up-to-date financials.
